Some men experience incomplete bladder emptying, leading to a feeling of fullness even after urinating. Severe cases can cause urinary retention, requiring immediate medical attention.

Your doctor will conduct a physical exam, including a digital rectal exam to assess prostate size. A urine test checks for infection and blood.
